CONCRETE RESURFACING

Resurfacing concrete is becoming more popular due to its affordability, installation time and new formulas which can now last our harsh winters. Wondering if your concrete can be re-surfaced? We can help determine that, a couple things we look for is the age of the concrete. If the concrete is 20+ years old it may not be eligible for resurface due to large separating cracks and no structural rebar installed (we would recommend replacement at this point). If your concrete has rebar in it then its most likely eligible. Resurfacing is not intended for structural support as it’s a thin layer that gets applied to the top exposed surface. Ps. If you don’t like the look of your exposed concrete anymore, resurfacing can be applied to show that new modern concrete look.
